All training is provided. In fact, we prefer you have no experience in real estate. Although you get access to the training you need to succeed, please remember this: your success is up to YOU.

Your Role

Your role will begin by supporting our team. The skills you need for a long and successful career in real estate will be developed during the training you receive, and the actions YOU take, in first days, weeks, and months of your career. Success is a habit.

Pay Structure

We have a salary + bonus payment structure. This means your income is only limited to the size of your belief. When you have high skills, people will want you. They will pay almost anything to have you.

Until then, your only option (if you want to be a success in real estate) is to work hard, read, study, persevere, and associate with people who are already successful in real estate. The best way to learn is by following the actions of those who are succeeding already.

Early Success

The first thing you’ll learn is how and where to find new business. We have 21 different ways for finding home sellers. Your success early on will come from your attitude and NOT just your ability to get along with people.

For the first 3-6 months there will be no “real” selling involved. Your role will be to support the sales team by identifying potential leads. And your goal when starting as a Helper in Support is to be able to replace yourself in 3 – 6 months. Replace yourself and you will advance. The next step should be: make yourself irreplaceable.
