Jason is the Principal/Licensee of the business and most importantly the over all team leader. Jason is very dedicated to providing his team with the most up to date training and always makes himself available to mentor and guide his staff to ensure Gard and Associates will always provide exceptional service.

Paul is our Sales Controller and his role is to oversee the day to day operations of our Sales Team. With a background of 25 years in sales working mainly in Agriculture with New Zealand Dairy Board in New Zealand, England & Wales. Paul moved back to Bunbury from Wales in 2000 and has been with Gard and Associates for 8 years now. Married to Harriet; together they raise 3 boys who are ascending through teenage years! Other interests include Lead lighting, scouts & adventure travel.

Chrisy is the Gard And Associates look out and first point of contact for our clients. Her goal is to provide you with a warm welcome and a lasting good impression. Chrisy has been employed with us for just over a year and has had previous experience in the Real Estate Industry. We are often reminded about how valuable her friendly nature and willingness to help is when clients send her flowers, cards and give her thank you gifts to express their appreciation.

Samantha joined Gard’s in 2006 but before entering the industry she studied at the REIQ where she completed her triennial license she has also attained a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from Murduch University with a distinction grade average & proceeded to work in sales, marketing and PR.
In her first year of sales with Gard and Associates she was awarded her Gold Badge Membership for outstanding sales and client care and more recently has attained the level of Platinum Badge Membership being the first and only person in West Australia to do so up to this date.
Some of the words used by her clients to describe her are: “Friendly, professional, thoughtful, direct, integrity, proactive, positive attitude, highly motivated, compassionate, hard worker, person of trust, determination, vivacious and workaholic”.

Ron founded R Gard Realty back in the 1970’s when the business was located on the corner of Spencer and Stirling Street. About 20 years ago he then purchased his own premises located at 78 Spencer Street, Bunbury where you will find us today. Troy and Jason commenced work with their father Ron. In 2002 the business was split into 2 separate business, however both operating from within the same building. Troy took over the handling of the Property Management side and Jason took over the Sales side. Ron is still very much a part of our team and his continuous repeat business speaks for itself. Ron is eternally grateful to our clients who have trusted us for many years and continue to support us.

Nick started with the company in February this year as a Homefinder. Nick was consistently in the top ten Homefinders in Australasia throughout the duration of his Sales Traineeship. Nick is now a fully fledged member of our sales team and he is delighted with his change in career. Nick comes to us from a retail management background within the liquor industry. He believes it’s important to operate ethically, honestly and to deliver some good old fashioned customer service. Nick loves living in Bunbury with his wife Cathy and 2 boys Quinn (4) and Liam (10months). He is looking forward to a long and active career with Gard & Associates.

Scott is one of our Home-finders. His role is to assist the Sales Reps & to find properties to suit our genuine buyers. Once training is complete Scott will move into the Sales area full time. Before joing the team at Gard and Associates he was working in telecommunication sales, however a desire for a career change and having great respect for the Jenman System and the way we‘do things differently’led him to us. Scott chose this career because it is a dynamic industry with constant challenges and changes. He says "It’s great to know that at the end of the day we are helping our clients secure their dream."

Ricardo started with Gard And Associates at the end of August and is currently working in the role of Home Finder. Ricardo comes to us with a sales and construction back ground and when the opportunity presented itself Ricardo jumped to work in our office. With the support of his fiancee Renee, Ricardo looks forward to a long career with Gards and helping you find the property of your dreams.
